"Improvisation is too good to leave to chance."
Paul Simon

Our study of improvisation begins with the analisys of Blues structure and phrasing. In this simpler form of expression, the
student learns to hear musical phrases and reproduce them as melodic lines on the piano. As his/her confidence and ability
grows, the student evolves to play within more sophisticated harmonic structures. These structures can be jazz, classical,
impressionistic or alleatory. The approach is also simultaneously supported by appropriate technical and harmonic lessons.
